Would be nice to see more of Waco support the Bears when they play the horns here. Too many buy season tickets and support the Bears unless they play ut. Let’s try supporting the home team. Robert Griffin could bring the Heisman Trophy to Waco, and we have Wacoans who rush to Floyd Casey to cheer against him. Do Wacoans not hear what ut fans think of our hometown? Do they not get when Mack says he expects Wacoans to turn their backs on the home team to support them, that he’s not paying a compliment to the city?

My aunt worked at Kitok’s for 20 years. Oriental fries from Kitok’s are one of my favorite things on the planet! I worked McCulloch House every year at Christmas and Brazos River Festival (with my grandmother from age nine) through my teens until my senior year of high school, but prior to working any of the houses, I remember doing the candlelight tour of the houses at Christmas – an experience I will never forget!
